ハンドメイドテンプレートは、アクセスホールまたはチタンチューブのある義歯/人工歯排列の複製です。これをCBCT解析に従って決定した歯の位置および軸に配置すると、ガイディッド・パイロットドリルによりインプラントの埋入位置および軸方向をマーキングすることができます。フラップを挙上し、残りの手順を行います。
