A 32-year-old female patient presents with mobile primary canines and requires implant therapy. The impacted canines are located where the implants need to be placed. To avoid this invasive surgery, implants have been placed through the impacted teeth.

A 54-year-old male patient presented for rehabilitation of an extended maxillary edentulous space. The patient was rehabilitated without any grafting by using artificial pink gingiva and implants with bone expansion properties.

Successful esthetic implant therapy in site of past failure

A 54-year-old female patient presented with 2 implant failures as well as a bone graft failure. As a result of an apical surgery, an amalgam tattoo was evident on the buccal aspect. The compromised pink aesthetics, as well as prosthodontic discrepancies, were evident.

A 62-year-old male presented with tooth #16 FDI (#3 US). Despite the lack of bone volume posteriorly, he had sufficient volume anteriorly and an abundant amount of keratinized tissue making him a good candidate for an All-on-4® treatment concept with a hybrid restoration.

A 69-year-old male patient presented with 3 healing caps and silk in the mandible. The patient had undergone two implant placements. Second implant placements by a new dentist led to severe immediate post-surgical pain which prompted the patient to seek the second opinion.
