Single anterior tooth replacement

A 21-year-old female patient presented with a fractured anterior incisor #11 FDI (#8 US). Pre-operative 3D-CT showed an intact buccal bone plate. The incisor had to be extracted, an immediate implant and an immediate provisional restoration were placed the same day.

A 43-year-old male patient was not comfortable with the idea of a denture. The loss of anterior teeth finally stimulated the urgency to move forward with a solid reconstructive plan.  A restoration provided at day of surgery proved to be the optimal solution for this patient.

Zygomatic implants to address prior maxillary implant failure

A 52-year-old female patient presented a failure of 6 implants supporting a fixed bridge, after 6 years after their placement. The failing implants were removed and all the zygomatic implants were inserted at the level of the zygomatic bone and allocated in the maxillary bone.

Successful esthetic implant therapy in site of past failure

A 54-year-old female patient presented with 2 implant failures as well as a bone graft failure. As a result of an apical surgery, an amalgam tattoo was evident on the buccal aspect. The compromised pink aesthetics, as well as prosthodontic discrepancies, were evident.
