A 47-year-old male patient diagnosed with a maxillary osteosarcoma, treated with excision, leaving a large oro-antral / oro-nasal fistula. He had to wear an obturator which leaked and was uncomfortable, affecting speech & function with a severe impact on his quality of life.

This patient is a young patient asking for dental implants to replace her hopeless maxillary central incisors. The patient's chief complaint was the increased mobility of her maxillary central incisors. She has a history of traumatic injury to the central incisors.
