This patient presented with multiple decayed teeth and both periodontal and occlusal breakdown. She had a past history of drug abuse. Since the existing teeth could not be restored because of the extensive damage, the All-on-4® treatment concept was used in both arches.

A 35-year-old male patient presented with a totally edentulous maxilla and a fully dentate mandible. A complete arch porcelain definitive prosthesis was used. Due to professional interactions, he demanded an immediate function protocol.

A 54-year-old male patient presented for rehabilitation of an extended maxillary edentulous space. The patient was rehabilitated without any grafting by using artificial pink gingiva and implants with bone expansion properties. 

A 28-year-old male patient presented after a bilateral sagittal split osteotomy performed to correct a Class II deep bite. During the same surgery, an autogenous chin graft was placed in order to augment the anterior maxilla.
