A 63-year-old female patient's chief complaint was the severe impact on function and chewing following extensive periodontal breakdown associated with significant mobility of numerous teeth. A full mouth rehabilitation over implants was the option selected.

A 54-year-old male patient presented for rehabilitation of an extended maxillary edentulous space. The patient was rehabilitated without any grafting by using artificial pink gingiva and implants with bone expansion properties. 

A 54-year-old female patient presented with 2 implant failures as well as a bone graft failure. As a result of an apical surgery, an amalgam tattoo was evident on the buccal aspect. The compromised pink aesthetics, as well as prosthodontic discrepancies, were evident.
